In 1983 at the height of famine and drought crippling the country along with a ruthless communist dictatorship in power, God miraculously makes provision for our family to arrive in Ethiopia. Bill began to drill wells, cap springs and provide clean drinking water to thousands of people in rural southern Ethiopia in Yirgachefe. This was the platform to share the Spring of Life, the Lord Jesus Christ in the huts and hamlets among the Gedeo people
